  • olej (3-5 łyżek)
  • pieprz
  • liść laurowy
  • ziele angielskie
  • cukier

 

Step by step:

  1. prepare a liquor
  2. slice an onon
  3. suffuse fillets, onion with liquor and keave off for few hours

Krok po kroku:

  1. przygotować zalewę
  2. pokroić cebulę
  3. zalać śledzie i cebulę zalewą a następnie odstawić na kilka godzin
